The section below describes some of the workshops and games that StratEDGY offers, and we can also customise these to fit your organisation or create something bespoke to meet your unique needs.

The environmental scan made fun
So often environmental scanning and strategic planning events start off with anavalanche of data that quickly generates fact-fatigue and glazed looks in all but the most dedicated data nerd. It doesn't have to be like this. Part pub-quiz, part environmental scan, part innovation jam, ‘Wot the Dickens?’ is a far more enjoyable way to build shared understanding of the past and current context and to anticipate the challenges and opportunities ahead for your team or organisation.

Futures support for your policy development
We have created two half-day Policy Clinics designed specifically for the needs of the busy policy professional. One of these helps you to check your assumptions about the changing environment at the beginning of a policy process, the other helps you to test your policy options in a range of possible futures.

Really understanding your stakeholders
Drawing on two of the most powerful futures methods, Causal Layered Analysis and Integral Futures' Four Quadrants, Rich Stakeholder Analysis gives you a deep, multi-dimensional understanding of your stakeholders.

Interacting with 'era-scale' change
The Life 3.0 Interactive Workshop allows you to get 'hands-on' with era-scale change as you consider what this will mean for your organisation or sector and how you are going to respond.

Wot the Dickens

Wot the Dickens

‘Wot the Dickens?’ is part pub-quiz, part environmental scan, part innovation jam. It is an innovative and enjoyable way to build shared understanding of the past and current context and to anticipate the challenges and opportunities ahead for your team or organization. Run in quiz team format over three rounds, it explores past, present and future and provides so much hilarity that participants won’t realize till afterwards that they now have a deeper and richer understanding of the environment and a stack of innovative ideas for future services or products.
